orders.
Most coin orders are shipped within one week.
If there is a "shipping error" in the transaction
calculation, an E-Mail message will follow with an explanation. If funds are
due for shipping, please send a personal check via The US Post Office to
generate the fees for shipping and facilitate the process. If you chose to send
the shipping $.$$ via Pay Pal, an additional .30 must be calculated into the
fee to pay the Pay Pal fee for the additional transaction. OK??? Refunds will
be sent along with the order via a Bank of America CHECK.
Your COIN Order will be shipped via the US Post Office
A.S.A.P. Coins can be shipped over night and at this time, all coins can be
shipped within two days. However, please be patient as it might take up to 12
weeks... when inventory is down on coins. An E-Mail mnesage will be sent with
an explantion. The COINS are hand made and the process take up to 1.5 months if
we are out of stock.
A message will be sent to your E-Mail address
confirming this order. PLEASE save this invoice, as you will need it to verify
payment if a discrepancy occurs. Once the order is shipped, an E-Mail message
will be sent to you. All coins are shipped via THE U.S. Post Office unless
specified in the "Personalized Note" or the GIFT OPTION is selected. All orders
are insured and will be investigated by The U.S. Post Master for funding in the
advent that a package is lost or damaged. Please send a message to us and we
will start an investigation. You will also need to contact the Post Master at
your local Post Office.
Remember.... SAVE the "electronic invoice -
E-Mail message" and the confirmation sent from Pay Pal as it WILL BE NEEDED to
confirm a payment and likewise shippment. A separate shipping invoice as well
as an official "TAX deduction receipt" for the charitable donation will also be
in the box with the coins.
REFUNDS:
If you are not pleased with the COINS, REFUNDS are granted
as long as the COINS are returned in the same condition that they were shipped.
All return shipping fees are at the purchasers expense and all packages should
be insured or tracked by whatever method you chose to use ie; registered or
certified or insured or...
